Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking dedicated behavior technicians to provide one to one support for students with autism and emotional support needs in a school-based setting in Philadelphia, PA. Salary is $21 per hour, with a consistent weekday schedule. This position offers W-2 employment, PTO, and ongoing training within collaborative school teams to support student outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavior support throughout the school day.
