Job summary

Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 support to an elementary student in the Phoenixville area during the school day.

The role focuses on helping with classroom routines, transitions, social interactions, and learning tasks, while implementing strategies from the school and clinical team. Training and ongoing supervision are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in school, childcare, behavioral, educational, or related settings preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in helping children succeed.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to remain calm and supportive when responding to challenging behaviors.
• Reliable attendance and a professional approach.
• Behavioral experience is helpful but not required; training and support are available.

• Help promote independence, confidence, and appropriate communication.
