Job summary

Delta-T Group seeks a Behavior Health Technician to provide 1:1 support in school and community settings in the Philadelphia area. You will deliver behavioral interventions, crisis management, and support a treatment plan under supervision.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a human services field or related experience, pass required clearances, and complete CBH Core and RBT trainings. Competitive weekly pay up to $20/hr and flexible scheduling are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human service related field is required.
• Must pass FBI, Child Abuse (ACT 126) and Criminal background checks.
• Current medical documentation including physical examination and TB test.
• CPR and First Aid certification required; CBH Core and RBT trainings completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 services in school and community settings for middle/high school students.
• Deliver behavioral interventions and crisis management to support mental health needs.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to inform child's treatment plan.
• Monitor behaviors and maintain daily logs, submitting logs with timesheet weekly.
• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies.
