Responsibilities

• Adhere to all laws, policies, procedures of CMS and collaborate with staff.
• Provide one-on-one and group therapy processing sessions and planning.
• Observe, document, and maintain data on student behavior and progress.
• Establish rapport with students, families, and community agencies.
• Serve as a liaison to explain CMS policies to families and staff.
• Implement behavior management programs to improve social and academic skills.
• Assist with day-to-day discipline and coordinate parent activities as needed.
• Provide supervision for students assigned to alternative settings.
• Deliver social skills and character education and monitor progress.
