Responsibilities

• Implement behavior management programs and monitor student behavior.
• Maintain accurate logs of student progress and behavior.

Skills

Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulatory requirements

Skilled in de-escalation

Ability to develop behavior management plans

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Education

High school diploma

Two years of relevant college coursework

Bachelor's degree in Social Services
