Intercare Therapy is hiring Behavior Technicians / ABA Behavior Interventionists for in-home and clinic-based services in California. You will support children with autism to learn communication, social, and daily living skills using ABA, with paid training provided.

This part-time role offers a flexible schedule with mornings, afternoons, and early evenings, and travel to client homes within a 20–40 mile radius. No ABA experience is required—training is included.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma is required along with one of: completed college coursework, currently enrolled in college, or an Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree.

Pay & Schedule

• $19.25 to $23.00 per hour
• Part-time role

Basic Requirements

High School Diploma + one of the following:

• At least one completed college course
• Currently enrolled in college
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree

• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, registration & insurance
• Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20 to 40mi radius)
• Passion for working with children (experience preferred)
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Physical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs. while engaging with children
