Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous education and experience as a Behavior Tech/RBT.
• MANDT or Right Response trained or able to complete within the first year.
• Experience working with children/youth with disabilities.
• Experience with diverse racial, ethnic, and cultural groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional support focused on behavior, social, and adaptive skills.
• Monitor student progress and apply reinforcement and de-escalation techniques.
• Coordinate with general and special education staff on intervention strategies.
• Document data on student behaviors and analyze trends.
