Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, behavior analysis, human services, or related field preferred.
• Experience working with students with disabilities and behavioral support needs preferred.
• Experience implementing behavioral interventions and collecting behavioral data preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct, hands-on support to students across school environments.
• Implements Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), accommodations, and individualized supports with fidelity.
• Uses evidence-based practices to support communication, social, behavioral, adaptive, and academic skill development.
• Promotes functional communication, independence, self-regulation, and student engagement.
• Collaborates with teachers, instructional staff, EC team, and district personnel.
