Job summary

Northwestern Counseling & Support Services is seeking School Based Behavior Consultants to consult on school-wide and individualized behavior plans for students across elementary, middle, and high schools. This is a 208-day contracted position aligned with the school calendar and offers generous paid time off.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field (education, psychology, or ABA)
• BCBA/BCABA certification preferred
• Experience writing Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) in school settings
• ABA experience with students required

Responsibilities

• Assess and implement therapeutic, educational, and behavioral interventions in schools
• Create and facilitate behavioral plans and FBA/BIP results
• Collaborate with PBIS team and support teachers, families, and staff
