KIPP Massachusetts is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to support KIPP Academy Boston and KIPP Academy Lynn. The role involves 2 days per week in Boston and 3 days per week in Lynn, working with school teams to implement tiered behavior support and intervention plans.

Qualifications

• Master degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and BCBA certification.
• 2–3 years experience with children and families using behavior analytic methods.
• Ability to conduct FBA and develop/implement BIPs.
• Strong data collection, analysis, and staff training skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) as indicated.
• Conduct preference assessments.
• Discuss results of the FBA and the proposed BIP with the school-based staff as indicated.
• Use the result of the FBA to create a function-based behavior intervention plan (BIP).
• Data collection and graphing to monitor data for BIP to assess procedure effectiveness on a daily basis.
• Provides training to staff members regarding classroom behavior management techniques.
