Job summary

Family of Kidz is seeking a School-Based RBT Supervisor/BCBA to oversee RBTs, BTs, and school staff in Nassau/Suffolk County. You’ll schedule in-person supervision and coach teams to meet BACB standards.

This full-time role offers a chance to shape clinical supervision across multiple districts, collaborate with school personnel, and support professional growth while maintaining confidentiality and documentation per regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years working with children with special needs, ages 5 through 21, in a school setting.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience providing supervision and feedback to clinicians.
• Masters Degree in psychology, healthcare, human services, education or related field.
• BCBA required.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Exposure to practice of maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing clinical supervision to school-based RBTs, BTs, Teacher Assistants and classroom staff in accordance with BACB supervision requirements.
• Collaborate with Assistant Director on professional growth, feedback, training, team building, PIP's and disciplinary actions.
• Schedule and conduct in-person supervision visits across assigned school districts with reliable transportation.
• Coach direct support staff through modeling, feedback and competency-based training.
• Work collaboratively with school personnel to meet students' needs and ensure effective supervision.
• Provide group training or professional developments as needed.
• Provide BCBA/LBA supervision and support group supervision opportunities as needed.
• Participate in weekly meetings with Assistant Director and fellow supervisors.
• Maintain accurate documentation and supervision records per BACB and company standards.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all aspects of work.
