Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) is seeking a BCBA to deliver individualized behavior support in school settings. You will collaborate with teachers, families, and external partners to implement ABA-based interventions, monitor progress, and provide trainings.

Responsibilities include observing students, conducting assessments, writing reports, developing behavior plans, and supporting supervision of RBT/BCBA staff. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or graduate from an ABA program and eligible to sit for the BCBA exam.
• Experience working with children/adolescents in school settings preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavior training and consultation to school personnel.
• Facilitate family engagement and parent newsletters.
• Collaborate with external partners to support students and staff.
• Observe and analyze student behavior, conduct assessments, and write ABA reports.
