Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) is seeking a BCBA to support students in special and alternative education settings. You will collaborate with teachers to deliver individualized services to small groups, monitor behavior, and reinforce learning using evidence-based ABA strategies.

You will observe students, analyze data, and prepare ABA reports. The role includes creating behavioral programs and materials, facilitating family engagement, and contributing to IEP processes.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or graduated from an ABA program and eligible to sit for the BCBA exam.
• Experience with children/adolescents in a school setting preferred.
• Proven ability with Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teachers to deliver individualized services to small groups.
• Monitor student behavior and track educational progress; communicate with parents.
• Observe students, analyze data, and conduct assessments as needed.
• Write ABA reports based on observations and recommendations for the educational team.
• Develop and model behavior programs/strategies in the school environment.
• Create materials (visual schedules, token boards, social stories) for student success.
• Support data collection and monitor student progress with educational teams.
• Assist with behavior intervention plans for students with behavioral concerns.
• Participate in team meetings and IEP conferences.
