Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a BCBA to supervise RBTs in Montebello, CA. This part-time role focuses on BACB-compliant supervision and competency assessments within school-based settings.

The compensation is stipend-based per RBT supervised, with in-person requirements and a typical caseload progression to 5–20 RBTs. You will meet weekly with each RBT, drive ABA strategies, and collaborate with program leadership to ensure timely documentation and ongoing compliance for students.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Completion of an 8-hour supervision course is mandatory.
• School-based supervision experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet in person with each RBT at minimum weekly.
• Facilitate at least one small-group meeting per month with RBTs.
• Complete RBT competency assessments per BACB requirements.
• Meet regularly with RBTs to ensure 5% supervision is met.
• Monitor and document supervision hours for BACB compliance.
• Maintain communication with clinical and program leadership.
