Job summary

Istss is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a district's Behavioral Support Team in Massachusetts. The BCBA will work closely with psychologists, social workers, RBTs, and educators to support students with higher needs in inclusive settings.

Responsibilities include conducting FBAs and behavioral observations, developing BIPs and reinforcement plans, creating data systems, providing in-class support and staff training, supervising RBTs, and designing classroom-based

Qualifications

• BCBA certification (BACB) required.
• Licensed through MA DESE.
• Experience with FBAs, BIPs, and school-based consultation.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and behavioral observations.
• Develop BIPs and reinforcement systems.
• Create and maintain data collection systems.
• Provide in-class support and staff training.
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Design classroom-based interventions and postvention plans.
