SPG Therapy & Education is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for school-based roles in San Francisco. You will conduct FBAs, design BIPs, and collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support student success.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification.
• At least two years of school-based ABA experience.
• Experience training school staff and parents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong speaking, writing and listening abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) using data-driven approaches in school settings.
• Design and oversee implementation of individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Collaborate with educators, paraprofessionals, school psychologists, and families to support student success.
• Provide consultation and coaching to school staff on evidence-based behavioral strategies.
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to behavior-related goals and accommodations.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and school district standards.
