Job summary

Ro Health seeks experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support school-based teams in Massachusetts for the 2026-2027 year and beyond. You will focus on meaningful student-centered work within a collaborative network that emphasizes growth and professional development.

Responsibilities include FBAs, BIPs, IEP collaboration, RBT supervision, and BACB compliance, with a commitment to data-driven intervention and family engagement.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification with the BACB.
• LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) license.
• Experience working with children or adolescents in school or clinical settings.
• Strong skills in behavior assessment, data analysis, and intervention planning.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, support staff, and families.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on assessment data.
• Collaborate with special education teams, classroom staff, and related service providers to implement positive behavior supports.
• Train, coach, and support school staff in implementing behavior strategies and data collection procedures.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of behavior-related goals and services.
• Analyze behavioral data to guide ongoing intervention planning and monitor student progress.
• Provide supervision and clinical oversight to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring BACB standards and quality of service.
