Job summary

Ro Health is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our Massachusetts school-based team for the 2026-2027 year and beyond. This role offers flexibility across multiple districts, with hours that vary per assignment and typically align with school schedules.

You will conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, train staff, participate in IEPs, supervise RBTs, and ensure BACB standards are met. Competitive pay of $55-$65 per hour accompanies opportunities for professional growth within Ro Health.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification with BACB.
• LBA license required.
• Experience with children/adolescents in school or clinical settings.
• Strong skills in behavior assessment, data analysis and intervention planning.
• Ability to collaborate with educators, support staff and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs based on assessment data.
• Collaborate with special education teams and staff to implement positive behavior supports.
• Train, coach, and support school staff in behavior strategies and data collection.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to behavior-related goals.
• Analyze behavioral data to guide intervention planning and monitor progress.
• Provide supervision to RBTs and ensure BACB standards.
