  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of behavior-related goals and services.
  • Analyze behavioral data to guide ongoing intervention planning and monitor student progress.
  • Provide supervision and clinical oversight to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring compliance with BACB standards and quality of service.

School Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
26-27 School Year & Beyond

Type: Full Time, Part Time

Schedule: Varies per assignment, typically Monday–Friday, school hours

Pay: $55-$65 per hour

Ro Health is seeking dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join a collaborative and student-centered school team in our Massachusetts region for the 2026-2027 school year and beyond. BCBA Responsibilities May Include:
