Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is seeking a School Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) across Massachusetts for the 2026-2027 year and beyond. Positions include full-time or part-time with schedules varying by assignment, typically Monday–Friday, school hours.

Pay ranges from $55 to $65 per hour, with placements across multiple districts. You will conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, collaborate with educators, supervise RBTs, and participate in IEPs to support student success.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification with BACB
• Experience working with children/adolescents in school or clinical settings
• Strong skills in behavior assessment, data analysis and intervention planning

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs based on assessment data
• Collaborate with special education teams to implement positive behavior supports
• Train and coach school staff in behavior strategies and data collection
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to behavior-related goals
• Analyze data to guide intervention planning and monitor progress
• Provide supervision to RBTs ensuring BACB standards
