Job summary

Brockton Public Schools is seeking a collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in a school-based setting, partnering with administrators, educators, school adjustment counselors, and related providers to promote positive outcomes through evidence-based behavioral supports.

Responsibilities include conducting FBAs, developing and monitoring BIPs, supporting MTSS and PBIS, and guiding IEP teams to improve behavior, social-emotional, and academic success across

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and BCBA certification required.
• Experience in school settings with diverse ages and disabilities preferred.
• Experience conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, and using data to guide interventions.
• Knowledge of IDEA, special education regulations, and IEP development.
• Experience with PBIS and MTSS frameworks preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral consultation and support for students in general education and special education settings
• Conduct FBAs and develop, implement, and monitor BIPs; collaborate with MTSS, PBIS, Student Support, and IEP teams
• Support implementation of positive behavior interventions and school-wide behavioral practices
• Develop and monitor behavior-related IEP goals and analyze student data to guide interventions
• Promote inclusive learning environments that support students' behavioral, social-emotional, and academic success
