Job summary

Ro Health seeks dedicated BCBAs to join our Massachusetts school-based team for the 2026-2027 year and beyond. Opportunities across multiple districts offer flexible, school-hour assignments with competitive pay and professional growth.

As a BCBA, you will conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, train staff, participate in IEPs, and supervise RBTs, all while ensuring BACB-compliant practice and collaboration with educators and families.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification with the BACB.
• LBA license or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children/adolescents in school or clinical settings.
• Strong skills in behavior assessment, data analysis, and intervention planning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs using data.
• Collaborate with educators and related staff to implement supports.
• Train and supervise school staff in behavior strategies and data collection.
• Participate in IEP meetings and set behavior goals and services.
• Analyze data to guide intervention planning and monitor progress.
• Provide supervision to RBTs in accordance with BACB standards.
