Job summary

EdAdvance seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support BEAM Elementary School and other Connecticut sites. The BCBA will develop and monitor behavior support services, train staff, and collaborate with administrators and teachers to improve student outcomes.

The role requires CT BCBA licensure, experience in school settings, and strong data collection and communication skills. This is a full-time on-site position with a salary range noted below.

Qualifications

• Experience in a public school or specialized out placement setting.
• Current BCBA credentials.
• CT licensure as a Behavior Analyst.
• Completed an 8-hour BACB supervision course.
• Proven responsibility, reliability, and strong communication.
• Team-oriented and positive contributor to school climate.

Responsibilities

• Design and guide staff to implement behavior observation systems and plans.
• Collect, summarize and present data reflecting student progress.
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians and BCBA candidates.
• Maintain records and guide staff on behavioral interventions.
• Support behavior teams and coordinate implementation of behavior plans.
• Provide coaching and professional development on behavior supports.
• Attend Planning and Placement Team meetings as needed.
• Consult on FBA/BIP/Positive Behavior Support Plans.
• Ensure regular attendance as essential function.
