Care Options for Kids is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a school-based role in Philadelphia, PA. The BCBA will provide clinical leadership, assess student needs, design and oversee behavior intervention programs aligned with IEPs, and monitor outcomes.

The position emphasizes collaboration with educators, families, and related service providers, along with training and supervision of school teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a BCBA program.
• Current license as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in PA.
• 2+ years' experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a clinic setting.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Assess student needs and design behavior intervention programs aligned with IEPs.
• Oversee implementation and monitor progress to ensure meaningful outcomes.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers.
• Provide training, supervision, and guidance to school-based teams implementing behavior plans.
