Easterseals of Southeastern Pennsylvania is seeking a licensed professional to lead our behavioral services within a split-location program serving NE Philadelphia public school partners and our Approved Private School in Philadelphia.

The ideal candidate will conduct FBAs, develop and supervise Positive Behavior Support Plans, and provide clinical supervision and training to a team of behavior therapy assistants, school staff, and families.

Qualifications

• Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License required.
• Master’s degree in psychology, Education, Behavior Analysis, Social Work, or a related field.
• Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) preferred.
• Familiarity with IDEA and IEPs.
• Ability to train and support teachers, staff, and families on behavior management strategies.
• Comfort working within IEP teams and contributing behavioral recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for documentation and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Oversee a team of behavior therapy assistants and ensure fidelity of Positive Behavior Support Plans with accurate data collection.
• Develop and supervise individualized Behavior Support Plans including therapy, consultation, and family support.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and contribute to IEPs and Progress Monitoring.
• Monitor behavioral data, assess progress, and revise strategies to support skill acquisition.
• Maintain accurate records including progress notes, progress reports, FBAs and PBSPs.
• Provide clinical supervision and training to team and school personnel as requested.
