Job summary

PACE Consulting, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with an active Maryland LBA license to support a school-based behavioral and mental health services contract for elementary students with significant needs.

The role involves collaboration with educators, clinicians, RBTs, and school teams, with responsibilities including FBAs, BIPs, data monitoring, and fidelity coaching. Contingent upon contract award, compensation is commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification.
• Current Maryland LBA license.
• Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs.
• Experience delivering school-based behavioral services.
• Experience with children with significant behavioral needs.
• Experience coaching educational personnel.
• Ability to supervise RBTs per BACB requirements.
• Ability to satisfy school-system background checks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and support FBAs in school settings.
• Develop, revise, implement, and monitor BIPs.
• Conduct direct observations, assessments, and consultations in classrooms.
• Model evidence-based strategies and support replacement behaviors.
• Provide supervision and fidelity monitoring for RBTs.
