Job summary

RCM Healthcare Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in the San Francisco, California area. This per diem/temporary role offers $60.00 to $82.00 per hour, depending on experience and skills, with Monday through Friday shifts and 30–40 hours per week.

Under the supervision of the Director of Special Education Services, you will lead behavior management initiatives, develop and implement Behavioral Intervention Plans, coordinate with staff and parents,

Qualifications

• Active California BCBA Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as a resource on behavior management to school staff.
• Provide coordination, consultation, and program development for behavior management processes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of Behavioral Intervention Plans.
• Serve as case manager for students in non-public school programs.
• Conduct functional analyses and prepare related documentation.
• Coordinate referrals to outside agencies as identified in behavior plans.
• Provide staff development on behavior management.
• Support least restrictive environment educational opportunities.
