Job summary

Therapy Source, Inc. seeks board-certified BCBAs to provide in-person behavior analytic services to K–12 students with autism and emotional/behavioral support needs during the current school year.

Full- and part-time positions are available through the 2026–2027 school year. Responsibilities include FBAs, PBSPs, IEP collaboration, and data-driven progress notes. Must have BCBA certification, a master’s degree, and at least 2 years of ABA experience; in-person duties and required clearances.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of ABA experience, including FBAs and PBSPs.
• Experience with ASD or EBD students.
• Ability to provide services in person.
• Up-to-date clearances, or willingness to obtain them.
• Professional liability insurance, or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop PBSPs.
• Provide behavior analytic services supporting goals.
• Contribute to IEP development and implementation.
• Maintain clear, accurate, timely documentation and data.
• Collaborate with school staff and educational team.
