Job summary

Therapy Source, Inc. is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide in-person behavior analytic services to private school students in grades K–12 with autism and emotional/behavioral support needs during the current school year.

Positions are full-time or part-time, with standard school hours from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Responsibilities include conducting FBAs and PBSPs, supporting students’ behavioral, social, and academic goals, contributing to IEP development, and maintaining

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of ABA experience, including FBAs and PBSPs.
• At least 2 years of experience working with students with ASD or EBD.
• Ability to provide services in person and maintain required clearances and professional liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop PBSPs.
• Provide behavior analytic services supporting students’ behavioral, social, and academic goals.
• Contribute to development and implementation of IEPs.
• Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation, data, and records.
• Collaborate with school staff and the educational team as appropriate.

Full-time positions are 37.5 hours per week, 5 days per week, from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
