Job summary

Therapy Source, Inc. is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-person behavior analytic services to private school students in grades K–12 with autism and emotional/behavioral support.

This full-time role runs 37.5 hours per week, 5 days, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, through the 2026–2027 school year. Responsibilities include conducting FBAs and PBSPs, supporting behavioral, social, and academic goals, and contributing to IEP development.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• At least 2 years of ABA experience, including FBAs and PBSPs.
• Experience with students with ASD or EBD.
• Ability to provide services in person.
• Up-to-date required clearances, or willingness to obtain them.
• Professional liability insurance, or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop PBSPs.
• Provide behavior analytic services that support students’ behavioral, social, and academic goals.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of students’ IEPs.
• Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation, data, and records.
• Collaborate with school staff and other members of the educational team as appropriate.
