Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• 1+ year experience preferred in school-based or pediatric settings.
• Experience in conducting FBAs and developing BIPs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs).
• Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Provide direct and consultative behavior analysis services.
• Train and support school staff on behavior strategies.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions.
• Complete documentation and progress reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teams.
• Communicate with school staff, families, and stakeholders.

Skills

Active BCBA certification
