Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – In‑Person – Red Lake, MN

Location: In-person (school-based setting) – Schedule: School‑day hours (aligned with student schedules) – Employment Type: 1099 (Independent Contractor), with W2 options available

This is an in‑person, school‑based BCBA role, supporting students across K–12 school settings. You’ll work directly with students, school teams, and families, supported by clear workflows, structured onboarding, and dedicated internal support.

Key Responsibilities
