Lakes Country Service Cooperative is expanding Lakes Country Academy in Moorhead, Minnesota, seeking a full-time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead behavior programming in a school-based setting. The role focuses on supporting students with EBD and ASD needs within a regional Setting IV program.

Responsibilities include supervising RBTs, conducting FBAs, teaching replacement behaviors, and developing Behavior Support Plans.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• Ability to obtain PCM and Ukeru certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise behavior programming across Lakes Country Academy Moorhead site.
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Teach replacement behaviors and social-emotional skills related to behavior.
