Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts for school-based positions in Dallas, Texas. You will lead ABA programs in collaboration with educators, families, and school staff to help students thrive in educational settings.

The role includes conducting FBAs and designing individualized BIPs to support meaningful progress. You will provide consultation and coaching on evidence-based strategies, monitor progress with data, attend IEP meetings, and maintain accurate

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification and school-based ABA experience are required.
• Experience supervising programs for students with Autism and related disabilities is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for teamwork with educators and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs using data-driven, trauma-informed approaches.
• Design and oversee individualized BIPs.
• Collaborate with educators, paraprofessionals, school psychologists, and families to support student success.
• Provide consultation and coaching to school staff on evidence-based behavioral strategies.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data.
• Train and support school staff in behavior-analytic procedures and best practices.
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to behavior-related goals and accommodations.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with ethical, clinical, and school district standards.
• Adhere to BACB ethical guidelines and stay current on best practices in behavior analysis and education.
