Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is a clinician-led organization delivering school-based behavioral support. We seek Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to conduct FBAs and design BIPs, collaborating with educators, families, and school staff to help students thrive.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification is required.
• At least one year of school-based ABA experience or supervising programs for students with Autism and related disabilities.
• Experience training school staff and parents.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs using data-driven, trauma-informed, contextually sensitive approaches.
• Design and oversee implementation of individualized BIPs.
• Collaborate with educators, paraprofessionals, school psychologists, and families to support student success.
• Provide consultation and coaching to school staff on evidence-based behavioral strategies.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data.
• Train and support school staff in behavior-analytic procedures and best practices.
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to behavior-related goals and accommodations as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with ethical, clinical, and school district standards.
• Adhere to BACB ethical guidelines and stay current on best practices in behavior analysis and education.
