Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for school-based positions. We offer a comprehensive coaching and mentoring program, strong collaboration with school partners, and a supportive team culture.

Salary ranges from $80,000 to $110,000 annually, with benefits and professional development opportunities. Responsibilities include FBAs, BIPs, collaboration with educators and families, staff coaching, and data-driven progress monitoring.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification.
• At least two years of school-based experience implementing ABA interventions and/or supervising programs for students with Autism and related disabilities.
• Experience training school staff and parents.
• Fingerprint background clearance.
• Tuberculosis (TB) clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) using data-driven approaches.
• Design and oversee the implementation of individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Collaborate with educators, paraprofessionals, school psychologists, and families to support student success.
• Provide consultation and coaching to school staff on evidence-based behavioral strategies.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data.
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to behavior-related goals and accommodations.
• Maintain timely documentation in accordance with ethical and school district standards.
• Adhere to BACB® ethical guidelines and stay current on best practices in behavior analysis and education.
