Job summary

Sage Connections is hiring a full-time BCBA to provide K–12 school-based services during the 2026–2027 school year. You’ll work with a supportive team that values your expertise and growth, with on-site collaboration and meaningful student impact.

As a BCBA, you’ll conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, monitor progress, and train staff while partnering with families and educators to achieve student success. Competitive benefits support your well-being and professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Experience in school settings preferred.
• Strong skills in assessment, data analysis, collaboration, and staff training.
• Ability to support diverse learners and promote evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs.
• Provide ongoing behavior analytic services and progress monitoring.
• Train and coach staff on behavior strategies and data collection.
• Collaborate with educators, related service providers, and families to support student success.
• Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and contribute to behavior-related goals.
• Ensure compliance with Texas regulations, ethical guidelines, and documentation requirements.
