Job summary

Ro Health is seeking dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join a school-based team across multiple districts for the 2026-2027 school year and beyond. This position centers on meaningful, student-centered work within a trusted staffing network and partner districts.

You will conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, train school staff, participate in IEP meetings, analyze data, and supervise RBTs while upholding BACB standards.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification with BACB is required.
• LBA license or active eligibility in the state.
• Experience with children or adolescents in school or clinical settings.
• Strong skills in behavior assessment, data analysis, and intervention planning.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, support staff, and families.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs based on assessment data.
• Collaborate with special education teams and staff to implement positive behavior supports.
• Train and support school staff in behavior strategies and data collection.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to behavior-related goals and services.
• Analyze behavioral data to guide intervention planning and monitor progress.
• Provide supervision to RBTs and ensure BACB standards and quality of service.
