Job summary

Ro Health is seeking dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join a collaborative school team across multiple districts for the 2026-2027 year and beyond. The role emphasizes student-centered interventions and professional growth within a supportive network.

Responsibilities include conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, training staff, and participating in IEP meetings, with supervision of RBTs and BACB-compliant practices.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification with BACB.
• LBA license or equivalent.
• Experience with children/adolescents in school or clinical settings.
• Strong skills in behavior assessment, data analysis, and intervention planning.
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs based on assessment data.
• Collaborate with special education teams and staff to implement positive behavior supports.
• Train and coach school staff in behavior strategies and data collection procedures.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to behavior-related goals and services.
• Analyze behavioral data to guide intervention planning and monitor progress.
• Provide supervision to RBTs and ensure BACB standards are met.
