Job summary

Sage Connections, LLC is hiring a part-time BCBA to support K-12 students in the school setting for the 2026-2027 school year. The role offers weekday hours, with a ~24 hours per week schedule and dates ASAP through May 2027.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience in school or educational settings preferred.
• Strong skills in assessment, data analysis, collaboration, and staff training.
• Ability to support diverse learners and promote positive, evidence-based practices.
• Additional onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs.
• Provide ongoing behavior analytic services and progress monitoring.
• Train and coach staff on implementing behavior strategies and data collection.
• Collaborate with educators, related service providers, and families to support student success.
• Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and contribute to behavior-related goals.
• Ensure compliance with Texas regulations, ethical guidelines, and documentation requirements.
