Job summary

Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced BCBA for a local or travel contract in school settings. The role involves in-person service delivery 37.5 hours weekly, plus collaboration with staff and families.

The BCBA will develop behavior intervention plans, supervise data collection, and support staff with evidence-based techniques across K-12 students with autism and related needs.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree required.
• School-based experience with autism and behavior challenges.
• Experience developing behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Acts as liaison with public and mental health for student goals.
• Administers programs for behaviorally/ emotionally disturbed students.
• Assists with crisis intervention and behavior plans.
• Collaborates with school staff, agencies, and families; collects data.
• Completes reporting as mandated by district/state/federal agencies.
• Participates in developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Provides social skills instruction using district curricula.
