Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral assessment, intervention planning and consultation for students in school settings.

The role includes developing BIPs, conducting FBAs, collaborating with special education teams, training staff and families, and aligning with IDEA and 504 guidelines.

Active BCBA certification and a Master's in a related field are required, with Michigan licensure if applicable; school-based experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Valid Michigan license or certification as required for behavior analysis practice.
• Experience with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based interventions.
• School-based experience preferred.
• Knowledge of IDEA and 504 processes.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families.
• Strong communication, data collection, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral assessment, intervention planning, and consultation in school settings.
• Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and monitor outcomes.
• Collaborate with special education teams, staff, and families.
• Train and support staff and families to promote positive behaviors.
