Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for school-based opportunities in Michigan. The BCBA will perform behavioral assessments, develop and implement BIPs, conduct FBAs, and collaborate with special education teams to support students under IDEA guidelines.

Ideal candidates hold a Master's in ABA or related field and an active BCBA certification; Michigan licensure or district/state requirements are expected.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Michigan license or appropriate state certification for behavior analysis practice.
• Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs.
• Strong knowledge of IDEA and special education processes.
• Experience in school-based settings preferred.
• Strong data collection and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Provide behavioral assessment, intervention planning, and consultation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams, educators, and families.
• Train and support staff on ABA techniques and data-driven decision making.
