A leading ABA service provider in Illinois is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver high-quality services. Candidates must have a Master's Degree in a relevant field, BCBA certification, and ABA experience to support children and families effectively.

Qualifications

• Must have a current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable by state).
• Master's Degree in ABA or a related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education).
• Obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist status.
• Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and write progress reports.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
• Supervise and train BTs/RBTs to ensure treatment plans are on track.
• Provide support and feedback to families and caregivers.
