Infinite Therapy Services is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee individualized ABA programming for a small caseload in a hybrid/remote-friendly setting.

The position offers an annual salary of $85,000–$100,000, with a 25-hour weekly billable expectation and flexible scheduling based on caseload and clinical needs. Collaboration with families and staff is emphasized to promote clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain applicable state licensure.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive ABA assessments and reassessments.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Create and oversee behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs.
• Review and analyze client data to guide clinical decision-making.
• Provide supervision, training, and ongoing clinical support to RBTs and Behavior Technicians.
• Conduct parent and caregiver training to promote skill generalization.
• Monitor treatment integrity and provide meaningful performance feedback.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals involved in client care.
