Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a school-based role in the Greater Boston area. You will design and oversee behavioral programming, support IEP teams, and collaborate with educators to promote meaningful, sustainable outcomes for students.

The role offers a full-time school-based caseload, flexibility across onsite and virtual collaboration, strong mentorship, and a competitive compensation package ($83,000-$103,000).

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification in good standing.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience providing ABA services in school-based or educational settings.
  • Experience conducting FBAs, writing BIPs, and supervising clinical staff.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with school personnel and families.
  • Commitment to ethical, compassionate, student-centered care.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct FBAs and develop individualized BIPs.
  • Utilize VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, SSIS to identify strengths and learning needs.
  • Collect, analyze, and apply behavioral data to guide decision-making and monitor progress.
  • Coach and model evidence-based behavioral strategies for teachers, instructional staff, and support staff.
  • Provide supervision and support to ABA Instructors, RBTs, and Behavior Technicians in school settings.
  • Collaborate with IEP teams, administrators, and families to support generalization and long-term success.
  • Serve as a consultant to IEP teams, contributing to student-centered behavioral programming.
  • Deliver professional development sessions, workshops, and classroom-based trainings.
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation aligned with district and regulatory standards.
  • Implement proactive behavior support and crisis prevention strategies.
  • Provide in-the-moment guidance and debriefing during behavioral escalation.
