Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a school-based role in the Greater Boston area. You will design and oversee behavioral programming, support IEP teams, and collaborate with educators to promote meaningful, sustainable outcomes for students.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification in good standing.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience providing ABA services in school-based or educational settings.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct FBAs and develop individualized BIPs.

  • Collect, analyze, and apply behavioral data to guide decision-making and monitor progress.
  • Coach and model evidence-based behavioral strategies for teachers, instructional staff, and support staff.
  • Provide supervision and support to ABA Instructors, RBTs, and Behavior Technicians in school settings.
  • Collaborate with IEP teams, administrators, and families to support generalization and long-term success.
  • Serve as a consultant to IEP teams, contributing to student-centered behavioral programming.
  • Deliver professional development sessions, workshops, and classroom-based trainings.
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation aligned with district and regulatory standards.
  • Implement proactive behavior support and crisis prevention strategies.
  • Provide in-the-moment guidance and debriefing during behavioral escalation.
