South Shore Autism Center is seeking a Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in Boston Public Schools. Qualifications
Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, education, psychology, or related field required.
BCBA certification and Massachusetts license (LABA).
One (1) plus years of BCBA experience or newly certified BCBA.
At least three (3) years of ABA experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
At least three (3) years of experience working with children with autism ages 14 and younger.
Responsibilities
Implement client-specific oversight, initial assessment, and treatment plan writing.
Supervise and mentor Behavior Therapists.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding progress and concerns.
Provide school consultation and collaborate with other professionals.
