Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in special and alternative education settings across the country.

You will collaborate with teachers to deliver individualized services, monitor behavior, track progress, and communicate with parents. You will design, implement, and adjust ABA-based interventions, develop classroom materials, and participate in IEPs.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or graduated from an ABA program and eligible to sit for the BCBA exam.
• Experience with children/adolescents in school settings preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavior training and consultation to school personnel.
• Collaborate with families and external partners to support students, families, and staff.
• Observe students, analyze data, and conduct assessments to improve outcomes.
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans and data collection systems.
• Create and model ABA program materials for classroom use.
• Participate in IEP meetings and team conferences.
• Supervise RBT/BCBA trainees as applicable.
