Job summary

SESI is seeking a BCBA to advance student potential in collaboration with teachers in a school setting. You will work with small groups, monitor behavior, collect data, and report progress to families and teams.

The role involves developing and modeling behavior interventions, creating supportive materials, and participating in IEP meetings; opportunities exist to supervise RBTs and BCBA trainees.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or graduated from an ABA program and eligible to sit for the BCBA exam.
• Experience working with children/adolescents in a school setting preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavior training and consultation to school personnel.
• Collaborate with families and external partners to support students.
• Observe and assess student behavior; collect and analyze data.
• Develop and implement behavior programs within the school.
• Participate in IEP meetings and team conferences.
• Potential supervision of RBT/BCBA/trainees.
